Stop the Sugar Addictions and Lose Weight

In many types of food sugar is present and also present in fruits which is known as natural sugar.For our health natural sugar is essential. In most of the food processed sugar is found which harmful for our health which can result in diabetes , weight gain , obesity , depression , chromic disease etc. So that you need to stop your sugar addiction.

The natural source of sugar is Fruits which is low in calories. So you should need to eat more fruits which helps you to combat sugar and keep away form your sugar addiction. Always eat fresh fruits which is good for your health. The Canned fruits is best for you health but you should need to check it’s label.

You should need to avoid the artificial sweet products which causes to trick you brain into thinking i.e you brain still wants sugar. Also you need to avoid white rice, white bread and white pasta , the white part of these foods are carbohydrates which are loaded with processed sugars ,so that instead of it you can eat brown rice, whole wheat pasta and whole wheat bread.

When you read nutritional labels, you must be need to read different names of sugar. The bad sugar contains corn sweeter and syrup , high fructose corn syrup while good sugar contains honey , glucose and fructose. So you should need to avoid bad sugar product which is present in refined and processed products.
