Tips for getting a flat stomach

If you want to reduce fat in sepecific area , you should target them with particular exercise of that area.

One of the best ways to reduce fat on stomach is to do cardio workout and burn more calories than one eats. Just doing strength exercises is not enough to reduce fat, cardio is a must. Any type of cardio like treadmill, elliptical, swimming and walking will help.

Riding a bicycle will also help to reduce fat of your body. Do Riding three times within the week for an hour. Do this continue for 3 months after one month you will get slight better result.
