With the proper training you can burn fat easily. Now a days different people do different types of exercise for burning fat or reducing fat but for reducing fat you should need to know your exercise is better than others.You should need to do exercise or workouts for at least 30 mins to an hour , it helps to reduce in fat up to 3x as more fat as opposed to working out. You body temperature must be increased while doing workouts.

When your body temperature increases or it is above the normal temperature of the body then process of burning fat should be started as fuel. It means you should need to set your  body temperature is at certain level then you reduce fats.

During the day our body is main source of energy is the carbohydrates which can get from eating meals and fats from healthy oil like olive oil , fish oil , flax and carbs which can be obtained from fruits , whole grains and vegetables.
