a. Don’t try to lift too much weights, lift those weights which are right or suitable  for you. You can start to lighting weights those which you can lift or handle comfortably for 10 to 15 times.

b. After joining the gym, you should need to learn the equipments such as treadmill, cross-trainers , stair-climbers etc. During the workout you should need to check your strength for getting the results.

c. Take a rest for very short periods of time, the rest helps you for fighting the exercise stress and also  for relaxing the muscles which build them more stronger and powerful.

What to Do?
a. Before starting your workout, you should need to give time for warm up. Starting with warming up helps you to  lower the risk of tearing the muscles. Due to warming up your muscles becomes ready for your workouts.

b. You should need to focus on the stretching exercise. The stretching exercises has the positive impact and also it brings the strain and tightness in your muscles. Do this type of exercises after your workout because at that time your muscles are still warm.

c. Drink water during your workouts. When you feel thirsty, your body passes the signal which indicates you are dehydrated. So drink water before you feel thirsty.
