1.First off all limit your workouts for only 30 to 40 mins. Many people spend lots of time in gym but it is not gives benefit to your health, those people need to lower the intensity of workouts. For shorter time the high intensity workout should gives better result.
2.Drink lots of water through out the day .Our body requires couple of hours for absorbing the water so make a habit to drink more water through out the day.

3.Pay attention towards intake of protein , protein is essential for muscles to rebuild. As the strength workouts and cardio also requires protein for buliding muscles.
4.Take a shake of carb or protein before and after your workout , during workout it increases the flow of amino acids to muscles.The protein or carb shake stimulates the muscle growth after your workout.
5.You can start you workout with lower weights so you can concentrate on better form.I you try heaviest weights , you can left your form. In short period of time the heavy weight with better form should give better result.
6.The main source of our body is carb.For intense workout you should need carbs otherwise you don’t have enough energy. So take a shake which contains carbs and you can eat banana , it is also great source of high glycemic carbohydrates and low fiber.
