The low to medium intensity exercise is the best exercise for burning the fat. These exercise uses the fat as fuel to power your muscles.The low intensity exercise are the aerobic exercise which uses the fat and oxygen for energy whereas the high intensity exercise are the anaerobic exercises uses the carbohydrate as a fuel.

To reduce fat you can start with squat exercise after that do some push ups then do single leg exercise and after that finish your set with body ab exercise. Do not take more rest between the exercises, take a one min rest end of the set.
Also you can do aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling and swimming. For 10 to 15 mins you are continuous running, you body wants to preserve the available carbohydrates and you body start to burn more fat.
