There are three main types of Physical Exercise , which is mentioned as follows:
1.Cardiovascular Exercise : The Cardiovascular Exercise may also called as Aerobic Exercise . It helps to stay the good health of your heart and lungs. In example jogging , walking , running , bicycling and swimming are the Aerobic Exercise.
2.Weight Bearing Exercise : This exercise works against the Gravitational Force. This exercise play an important role in building the strong muscles and bones .Climbing stairs , hiking , dancing are the examples of Weight Bearing Exercise.
3.Weight Training Exercise : This is also known as Strength Training Exercise. It helps to build the strong muscles in the particular way . Specifically it helps to build strength of biceps torso and arm muscles. Push-Ups , Weight Lifting etc are the examples of Weight Training Exercise
